About Us

Team Pork was created to bridge the gap between the commercial, show pig, and niche sectors of our industry. Our mission is to unite all areas of pork production toward a shared goal — keeping pigs healthy and securing the U.S. pork supply in the event of a foreign animal disease outbreak.

We believe success comes through collaboration and active participation in programs such as AgView, Secure Pork Supply, and the U.S. Swine Health Improvement Plan. We are working to strengthen biosecurity, education, and communication across the swine community through our outreach efforts.

Team Pork is funded by the Pork Checkoff through a state grant awarded to the Kentucky Pork Producers Association.
